Disney, Day 3

Whew!  By Day 3, we were a bit tired but we still made Rope Drop  at Animal Kingdom (that means being at the park about 30 minutes before scheduled opening to get in when they let the ropes drop and it's usually earlier than the scheduled time).  We headed straight for Expedition Everest, the only Disney ride that's new to this fan.  We didn't buy the photo from the ride but I borrowed this one from the WDW page so you could see what brave Miss F rode on (though she already had Space Mountian, Thunder Mountain and Splash Mountain under her belt from Magic Kingdom the day before)!

Animal Kingdom was fun but only took us about 1/2 a day to do the 'must sees' so after a few meet and greets, a great show and a safari, we headed back to the hotel for more naps and a swim

Why yes, that is a life-sized gingerbread house that two women actually work inside selling, what else, gingerbread cookies!  Disney Magic and Molly sass as she refused to turn around

Dinner at 1900 Park Fair in the Grand Floridian with Cinderella and her gang was my favorite dinner event.  Even more than at Cinderella's Castle.  The step-sisters steal the show and the strawberry soup was fantastic.
