We went camping at Dino.saur Val.ley State.Park the first weekend of Spring Break. I think it's my favorite State Park so far. There was so much to do and see and we saw dinosaur footprints. That's huge when you really think about it. Sure, we see bones in museums but to look down and see the footprints of some dinosaur that was just loping along. Wow.
We also went to Fos.sil Ri.m where we went on a safari....in a big open bus...amongst fairly tame animals. We hope to go back in the Fall and do Dino.saur World (100 life-sized statues).Our friends the NtotheZ's met us there and 'faux camped' with us. S'mores, hikes and a good time was had by all.
