Last weekend we loaded up and went camping as a family. Since we've purchased the pop-up, we've been trying to squeeze in a camping trip every month (well, except for the crazy months like October and December). Miss F enjoyed stripping down to her skivies with the other children (we were with 2 other families) and wading into the water, picking flowers (which I think might be a no-no in the State Parks) and, the best part was there was so many varieties of animal poop to look at, talk about and poke with a stick. McButter enjoyed being in the baby carrier (she didn't really have a choice, did she?) and eating bottles under the stars. Mr. B and I enjoyed the Frito pie, the s'mores and hanging around the campfire with the grown-ups. Ah, the great outdoors.**The photo is from the zoo but seemed to fit the blog post so I used it.
