I feel like I'm an elephant, both in looks and gestational period. I believe I'm having the longest pregnancy on record. Partly because a year in my life is truly only 10 months (the school year) and well, I've been pregnant pretty much an entire 'year' by my calendar.
Yesterday my friends gathered to 'sprinkle' me with diapers and wipes in preparing for Baby B. We had snacks and then headed to see "Confessions of a Shopaholic". After the chick flick (complete with British accent, swooning kisses and slow clap at the end by mannequins, no less), we headed to California Pizza Kitchen to indulge my Thai Chicken Pizza craving. I think every shower should be a sprinkle because it was so much fun! And didn't involve wrapping my belly in TP or melted candy bars in diapers! And speaking of diapers....wow! I'm hooked up!
This upcoming week is Spring Break and when we switched daycares, I didn't read the small print (OK, it was in large print on the calendar but I didn't read that) that they were closed this week so my vision of dropping Miss F off for fun/education and coming home to eat bon-bons and watch "Ellen" and "Days of our Lives" is now just a daydream and instead I'm scrambling to find activities for us that won't put us in with the crushing masses of all the other people off on Spring Break. I have some cooking planned and some art projects planned so I'm sure we'll survive. I do have one night booked at a local 'resort' for me, just me, all alone in a big bed that doesn't smell like dog. I will have complete control of the remote and can order room service and eat in my PJs or go out if I like. I'm looking forward to that.
Miss F continues to thrive at the new daycare. A funny Miss F story---she earns nickels if she does her 'responsibilities' each day (setting the table, being sweet, etc.) Some days she doesn't earn all her money because she was in time out or didn't set the table, etc. When she was asking about why Jesus died (Baptist daycare, anyone?) and we talked about people that were mean to him she said "They're not going to get their money!"

You look great! Have a fun week with Flinn. Any plans to bring the fam up north this summer?
