Ha, ha, hee, hee, they're coming to take me away...

Seriously. I'm afraid the men with the white coats are coming for me because I am near to losing my mind.

The late Thanksgiving has really thrown me and I didn't realize it until the night before we left for 5 days. All of a sudden I realized that the Christmas "To Do" list was a mile long and won't be finished until December 28th which is a bit late for some of the items. It's also a crazy time at work with author visits, spelling bees, tryouts for my Name that Book team, etc. Oh, and Mr. B is going out of town again which doesn't help life on the homefront. Plus we're camping next weekend so we lose another productive weekend time but, after talking of canceling, we decided to go ahead with it because once we're there, we'll be so glad we went. When I blog about December 13th, some of you will be calling the above mentioned men in white coats to come and get me. I will be attempting to fit in 4 major activities in a 12 hour time period.

That being said, we did have a nice Thanksgiving and were able to visit with both sets of grandparents. Miss F enjoyed being spoiled and spending time with Nana/Grandpa and Mimi/Papa. I enjoyed the book "The Historian" and our time on the beach in Port Aransas. I just love the beach. I don't like to get in the water beyond my ankles but there's just something about the beach. Soothing, I guess to my water sign spirit (I'm a crab/Cancer). We all had our zen time, sand castle time, and took time to just breathe.

Now it's back to life, back to reality.....

I love that pic! Wish I was at the Beach with you! I feel the same way.
Maybe we could swing the beach again for the next girls weekend?!?!
