This morning, I woke up with this feeling....

Miss F is a music machine. She dances, loves her baby iPod, and generally likes all things musical. I've been eyeing the Baby BeBop Band Drum for awhile and got it for her this past weekend. She loves to play the drum, shake the bells (which makes it sound like Christmas which reminds me I need to start thinking about it which stresses me out....but I digress...) but she really loves the tambourine.

Back in college I asked for a tambourine for my birthday. It was during my Marcia Brady's 70s phase when I wore lime green and turquoise polyester dresses and decorated my room with 70s album covers like Shawn Cassidy, Donny and Marie and KC and the Sunshine Band. I wanted a tambourine so I could play along with my Partridge Family CD. A tambourine just seemed so groovy and yes, I'm such a dork that I did, in fact, put on "I Think I Love You" and played my tamborine like Laurie Partridge. I also queued up "Mr. Tambourine Man" and "Green Tambourine".

It looks like Miss F is a chip off the ol' block....

In other news, I got my "Pretty in Pink"-"Ferris Bueller"-"Some Kind of Wonderful" DVD package. Amazing. Did you know the original ending to "Pretty in Pink" had Andie ending up with Ducky?!? Did you know Ducky was supposed to be Robert Downey, Jr and not Jon Cryer? I've been enjoying the 'rest of the story' about one of my all-time favorite movies.

Here are some photos from the camera--I've been bad about uploading them. One is Miss F with her dragon mask and the nebulizer (even getting nebulized, she's be singing 'ahhhhh') and one is her swinging on her birthday present and she's showing you where her head is located.
