I wish they all could be California girls
Here's a picture of Miss F at her first baseball game (in Houston on Fathers Day). Our CA photos will be developed shortly. Miss F had a lot of 1sts this week--1st plane ride, 1st shower (after the beach and it was a bad thing, scared her from the tub/shower area), 1st plum (loved it), 1st time in California, 1st time in the ocean.
Obviously we are back from our trip to Laguna Beach. We had a great time and Miss F is a fine traveler. She slept during the take off and landing on the trip there and found looking over the seats at the heads of other people very amusing. God Bless the little girl behind us for amusing Miss F for at least 45 minutes. On the way home, she slept during take off and then woke up and proceeded to dump an entire bag of graham crackers in front of the seat, to the side of the seat and behind the seat while screaming. Again, a woman behind us amused her for quite awhile as well as looking at people's heads.
We spent our days in Laguna relaxing, hitting the beach, eating well and enjoying spending time with our hosts. We were able to walk everywhere so I actually lost weight--on vacation! Miss Molly watched Flinn while Mr B and I went to see "Superman Returns" and had a nice dinner out (SR was a good movie, that actor is HOT). I didn't see any of the Laguna Beach: The Real OC cast but it was brought to my attention that one of the people may very well live in the house next door to where we stayed. No sightings, though.
We thought Miss F might crawl, really crawl, while we were there but she gets up, puts one knee forward, than an arm, then she does some little twitch move and somehow either goes on the same knee again, sits down or returns to her Commando Crawl (aka Wounded Terminator or Sniper). Whatever she's doing, she's gets around. She's a secret, super spy. Turn your back and she's gone. She stays low to avoid being spotted and she also likes peeking through the blinds at home. We'll have to call her Nancy Drew.

Dear Jeni,
I love the photo of Flinn. Back from trip l to Minneapolis and will go back July 26 for the class of l960 reunion at Jackpot Junction on July 28. Stayed at Uncle Stephen's for l night. Stephanie's grad party was full of relatives, food and photo ops. I am scrapbooking it now.
I will be in Houston early in January for a Stampin' Up Leadership Convention. Do you live close? Could buy you lunch at our hotel there.
Love,
