Long weekend

We held out hope that the weeks of cold, dreary, wet weather would clear enough for us to go on our annual MLK jr weekend camping trip and it did! Gorgeous weather, bit chilly at night but we survived (yay for heaters in the pop-up!)

Our first attempt at Dutch Oven cooking--Sprite chicken. Pretty tasty after we worked out some kinks.
