I head up soon to try to get in a couple feedings and am doing the pump other times. And let me tell you, it takes everything in my power to get up at midnight and 3 a.m. when it's not a crying baby sounding the alarm but an alarm clock--one that can be turned off, snoozed and/0r thrown across the room as I go back to sleep. But I get up. I do. But it's sure is tempting to snuggle back into my bed instead of fa

Hi Mommy:
I know what you mean about a new ailment all of the time. I hope this is something you can look back on as a minor, temporary blip in everyone's lives. My kids always seem to fail the first test and go on to pass with flying colors. I have a feeling she will give you a run for your money even after she gets over these hurdles-but in a good, stubborn sort of way.
Let me know if you need help with the pump or figuring out ways/gadgets to make it easier. If you hook a nursing bra around the pump, you can double pump hands free.
I am pulling for all of you. Let me know if you need NICU company-I have been a couple of times before. Where is
Molly? If at TCH, there is a great RonaldcDonald House family room and I think some limited overnight beds for parents (but they are assigned based on severity of the child's condition. If you are at Women's, Brenda McIntyre is a neonatologist there, and a friend of ours, so I can ask her to check up on you.
Let me know if you need anything besides prayers! Also look into a weekly parking pass- you will save time and money.
((((hugs))))
