Hello!
My resolution (besides the ones that always pop up--save money, lose weight) is to simplify my life. Less scheduling. No double booking. One event a week, one event each day on the weekend (we were up to 3 things in a day sometimes). Paper plates once in awhile.
I went back to the list I made last year about 101 Things do Do is 1,001 Days. I put a (*) by the ones I've done in a year. Not too shabby, I think.
1. Travel to Washington, D.C. (*)
2. Run a 10K
3. Make a quilt for my bed (*not for my bed but have made quite a few baby quilts so I think it counts, kinda)
4. Learn Needlepoint
5. Play Scrabble (I never have!)
6. Take a ballet class
7. Visit Stokes in Oregon
8. Visit Seattle
9. Visit Vancouver
10. Pay off the Pilot
11. Put photos in an album (*)
12. Go skiing
13. Read Wuthering Heights (I never have)
14. Drink Leinenkugals (*)
15. File everything in the big, white, filebox in the office (*)
16. Organize the hall closet (*)
17. Paint the bathrooms (*started, not completed)
18. Buy new shoes (it's been at least a year since I've had any new shoes) (*)
19. Watch my Too Cool for School DVD collection (Ferris, Pretty in Pink and Some Kind of Wonderful) (*)
20. Read a biography
21. Go to Disney World
22. Hike
23. Ride a horse
24. Go to Big Bend State Park
25. Cook prime rib
26. Get a pedicure (*)
27. Quit biting my nails
28. Write a novel
29. Drink more water
30. Keep an herb garden alive and use it!
31. Go to the Children's Museum (*)
32. Take Rick and Miss F to a cabin in N. Minnesota or WI for a few days

85. Change the draw pulls/knobs on all our cabinetry (* started, not completed)

87. Finishing staining the dining room chairs
88. Say 'no' now and then
89. Write Thank You notes more timely (delegate to Mr. B more on these, too)
90. Quit saying I'm going to do things and just DO them, already
91. Learn to fold the blasted fitted (bottom) sheet

96. Organize the garage
97. Turn the add-on to the garage into a guest/craft/rec room
98. Clip my toe nails (Ok, so I do that quite often but I'm running out of ideas here)(*)

100. Wait 3 years to do 101 goals again

So far my only resolution is to pass this damn kidney stone. I'm having a hard time fullfilling it!
