LID

We are now 'locked in' with the adoption paperwork. Our official 'locked in date' is 12-12-07. To put this is perspective, people with an LID of December 14th, 2005 just got a referral (picture, medical records, etc). So the wait is 24 months as of yet. Could speed up, could slow down. Just a few years ago, the wait was 7 months.

So, we're sitting back, enjoying Miss F and singing a lot of "Que Sera Sera" as om whatever will be, will be, the future's not ours to see....rumors say after the Olympics it will speed up, some say it will go to a 10 year wait.

One more week to go! We run late this year not getting out until the 21st! UGH! However, I was a good elf and I think I've shipped all that need shipping and have wrapped most gifts. I have 20 games to wrap for kids at my school who might not get anything but other than that...I think I'm on top of things (for now)
