For the past 3 days I have been a judge for a latke cook-off at my school. I love me some latkes. However, if I don't see a potato or potato product for the next couple days, I'll be fine. I also smell of hot oil constantly from standing near the griddles. Yum, yum, though. My favorite was the Mashed Potato Latke, followed by a traditional latke and then an apple/cinnamon latke. OK, maybe I want a latke again right NOW.
School is done until Jan. 2nd tomorrow. Woot! Woot!
