I had to use a photo from the reserves as I still can't upload any due to the USB cord thing. Here's Miss F either a) leading 76 trombones in the big parade b) beginning a career in destruction (as she pulled this off her playmat) c) following in her mother's footsteps in liking to show off her pretty knickers.

It's hot outside. It's time to put on the ol' Kool and the Gang "Too Hot" or "Summer in the City" or my favorite, Bananrama's "Cruel Summer" (note to self--put "Karate Kid" on Netflix list)

I'm doing OK on my new School Standard Time schedule. I've been getting up at 5 a.m. to work out and then doing the usual morning routine, Miss F to daycare, me to work for a couple hours, a few final lunches out (since I work in a school and we never-ever get to eat out like grown ups) and tying up loose ends (and watching Laguna Beach and The Hills and other trash).

Because I've been watching too much Laguna Beach, I'm now obsessed with getting the Hilary Duff song used in the opening credits as my ringtone. Unfortunately, Cingular only offers the cheesy midi version or a really weird part of the song version. Boo. I actually really like Hilary Duff songs. I admit it, out loud, right here and now that I like Hilary Duff songs, I insisted on cable TV so I could watch Lizzie McGuire on Disney Channel and I watched her E! Special on purpose (sometimes I watch things on accident because I'm too lazy to get off the couch). Her songs and Kelly Clarkson's songs are good. They make me be-bop and feel happy. Maybe I'll just download her CD to my iPod. I still want the ringtone, though, that sounds just like the opening to Laguna Beach. Glad I got all that off my chest.

No news on RR Show. Wah!
